This is our personal travel journal.

As a bonus, we welcome you to read along as we experience the trip.

We will attempt to post (mostly photos) as often as we can, depending on internet access availability.

Last day in Uppsala

We met with Ela. She is Piotr's (from a few days ago) and Iwona (from below)'s mom. Jake's Dad and Ela had Asia who we will meet in a few days in Slupca.

Here's Kasia, Jake and Ela.

We met in a great restaurant and cafe called Storken, overlooking a very busy square in downtown Uppsala. The restaurant was all old furniture, quiet and very quaint.

The busy square, Stora Torget which essentially means meeting place. Storken overlooks Stora Torget.

Jake and I at Storken.

We visited the Catholic church with Ela to light a candle for good luck.

Blue door in downtown Uppsala.

Uppsala has sooooo many bicycles. There are fantastic trails, paths beside the busy roads. Everyone rides here. This is just a tiny bike lot.
